Our Partners

We are proud to team up with a number of industry leading technology providers to enhance
our support and services capabilities, and provide our customers optimised solutions

We’ve partnered with Adobe to bring you an easily manageable platform to overlook all your employees’ creative software licenses. Pick and choose the right tools for the job. The license belongs to the organisation not the employee, so you have the freedom to switch licenses between employees whenever you choose.  No longer will you have issues distinguishing between business owned and personally owned licenses. Finally have the control you’ve always wanted. Ordering is a simple three step process; pick the software, select the employee, then start the download. Activation of the licenses are done automatically, and payments are processed on our end then consolidated onto your monthly invoice at the MSRP.

Remembering passwords can be tough, most people get by with having different variations of the same password, or by storing them in easily accessible places like a notepad. For most organisations it’s not just remembering passwords that is the issue, it’s what happens to passwords when employees leave the organisation, especially those with access to critical systems. Thycotic’s ‘Secret Server’ prides itself in not just offering password management, but also a privileged account management (PAM) solution. It allows administrators to track who has access to which passwords, generate randomised passwords for different systems, and you can even go so far as to allow employees to use a password without them viewing it, which completely mitigates any chance that they may know about the password after having exited the company. Arguable the best PAM solution on the market, we are glad to have partnered with Thycotic to bring Secret Server into our service offering.

A cutting-edge cloud hosted identity management solution. Microsoft Azure AD is an overarching management portal that stores an online identity that we create for each employee. We use this identity to set privileged access to files and folders, and configure SSO integration with third party applications (which is what allows you to login to other sites such as email and cloud storage with just one password). Azure ultimately provide a simple way to manage access to company services by adding and removing identities. If a user leaves your organisation, we only need to remove their Microsoft Azure identity which in turn restricts their access to all online services that use this for authentication. We don’t have to go stumbling around in the dark, deactivating every company account they’ve owned that contains sensitive information.

All the familiar Microsoft applications that you all know and love, integrated with your Outlook mail app. But that’s not nearly everything Office365 gives us, we take control and harness the full capabilities of your admin portal. We mitigate risk by configuring Mobile Device Management so that your company data stays secure in the event of a lost device. We enable email filtering rules to ensure malicious emails don’t make their way into your network. We also ensure proper measures are in place to ensure data retention such as eDiscovery holds whilst having the ability to perform comprehensive audit searches if necessary.

Cloud storage is fantastic for keeping you and your teams’ files safe, but what about extra redundancy of your on-site infrastructure? We use StorageCraft as our backup solution for both onsite BDR backups, and encrypted offsite cloud backups. Any onsite infrastructure whether it be your companies file server, domain controller, or NAS, can be used as the backup source. We perform intra-daily incremental backup jobs so that you can access deleted or previous versions of files at any previous point in time. If a disaster was to occur to your critical infrastructure, physical or virtual, we use StorageCraft’s HeadStart Restore technology to virtually boot the affected device on your BDR machine to get your organisation back up and running faster.
